At KuKirin Scooter, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your scooter in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be unassembled, in their original packaging, and include all tools and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the scooter to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Scooter

  Securely pack the vehicle in its original box, ensuring all components like the charger and manual are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
